- Free WordPress theme developers are not obliged to offer you support which will be crucial once you got stucked.
- Many of the free themes don’t offer extra features and functionalities like creating buttons, create landing pages, etc.
- Free themes are used by a lot of websites and blogs, so your website will not be so unique. Also there are usually limited options to customize the visual appearance of free themes.
- Free themes are distributed with no warranties, so if something goes wrong, you are on your own.
Of course, disadvantages of free WordPress themes are subjective, depending on your preferences.

I also love the support Themify provides and even just reading their blog helped me a lot to customize my own websites. Support is probably one of the most important factors to consider when selecting a theme. Themify has its own blog, forums, etc. while there are lots of tutorial videos to help you create your own design.
#5 SEO Friendly WordPress Theme
My Themify theme also plays an important role in my site’s SEO friendliness. A good looking theme could still generate poorly coded website, that could affect website performance on search engines, but this one does a great job for me and it is probably the most advanced themes out there. With Themify you can optimize for SEO (ranking in search engines) smoothly thanks to its built-in features. And SEO is something you want to be good at if you want to get visitors to your website.
